4 year old, curly coated bay tobiano filly is now offered for sale by Creekside Curlies.  This filly, "Tekara" is the perfect example of a top quality curly.  Her Sire *DCC Traveler won the Challenging  2011 CSI "Horse of the Year" award in Combined Training ( 3 day eventing ).  When I first met this filly, I was floored by her calm and willing attitude as a youngster. Nothing seems to faze her!  Tekara stands 15.1HH and is built solid, but not drafty. She shows talent in jumping and would make the ultimate trail horse, with her calm attitude, she would make an especially nice well rounded family horse.   If you want a curly that is loaded with good qualities, and loaded with HAIR, this is the one for you. We are now offering for sale, the last filly on our farm from our Champion Dressage Stallion "*Shadow's Hawk Spirit" aka..."HeartBreaker"  This filly, a 2008 curly coated bay filly "*C-C Her Royal Highness" is what our decade+ breeding program has been all about. Athletically capable horses, with a superior mind , suited for taking an Adult Amateur down the center line in dressage, eventing, or driving. Barn name "Princess" this filly is nothing short of rare in a rare breed. Princess is a bay, with limited white and stands 16HH, she is CSI  and ABC registered. Princess knows the basics of handling, and has a super sweet attitude and personality.  I am offering this filly for a limited time for $3800.00.  Don't pass her up, she will excel in driving and dressage .  ***I wish I had been videoing her when I did these action shots of her. To watch her takes my breath away. She shows great athletic capability at liberty, wonderful suspension and a forward, uphill manner. He should mature to 15.2HH, and would make a fine breeding stallion or stellar riding partner. From a proven lineage of curly horses, this colt is a rare offering, the last of this particular lineage.... He is sweet, smart and has expressive gaits...a very swingy walk ) from his Dam ) and a lovely trot with loads of suspension. His canter is also very nice, with lots of lift, suspension and expression. Henri is from our retired mare "Krinkle Clown" who has given us nothing but great quality foals for many years on our farm. They say, "never name a baby a name that you don't want them to mature into" ....so, naming this colt, *C-C Handsome Dark Knight was a stroke of luck!  "DK" is growing into a tall, dark and handsome gelding...a true dark, dark bay, and as handsome as they come, he has the personality to match his looks. DK should mature around 15.2-3HH - he stands 14.2HH as a yearling....making him a suitable sport horse prospect, especially with his correct gaits, along with great suspension and expression in his gaits. We are offering our beloved ranch stallion for sale. HB will stand until sold. I am faced with needing both my own hips replaced, (a two year commitment on my part )  and I can not simply let this spectacular horse stand around in the pasture doing nothing. *Shadow's Hawk Spirit ..aka.."HeartBreaker" as been the equine love of my life for several years. His ability to "pick up where he left off" in his training has been a huge advantage for those wanting a quality show horse, but not having the time/finances to keep a horse in training year round.

Flash's Carmela DeAlegria" 14.3HH,  2004 sooty palomino pinto, curly coated gaited mare offered for sale. " Ally " has been in our herd for several years now. She was gently started under saddle as a 3 year old, and each year we have progressed her training a bit more. She has had 3 foals,  all covered in curl, we suspect she is homozogous for curl. Ally sheds the top of her tail, but the rest is long. Ally has been a trail riding partner for my beginning rider hubby. She has experience in horse camping, she packs fresh game without fuss, and camps well.
