We have a rare offering for sale, a unique beauty in the world of unique horses.4 year old "Izzy" ABC 3534 did not work out for us as a broodmare, so she is being offered for sale as a riding horse. Izzy stands 15.1HH, is a lovely deep red chestnut, she also has one blue eye that is attractive and makes her look intriguing..she has loads of winter curl, sheds out to just ripples in the summer. She has a long tail and a lovely long mane. Izzy has had 2 months training, we are open to the option of sending her back to our trainer for another month, that price would be neog.  Izzy has all the basics. She stands tied, stands for mounting and is a smooth, quiet ride. She does not refuse or fuss about new objects that she meets on the trail. This mare was started as a trail mare, but there is certainly much more. She has a "hunter" look about her, and is a nice size for that. Stellar manners, gets along good in the herd, Izzy is a rare opportunity to own a quality curly with real beauty.

Update! Izzy has just completed another month of training...and we have just returned from 10 days in Hells Canyon, where we kept Izzy and another mare for packing out game if needed. In the last month, Izzy has learned to hobble and graze with hobbles,  stand tied overnight,  pack fresh game, pack other items ( sloshy water jugs. noisy rocks, etc ) and done some more arena work too..rollbacks, square star, turn on forehand and turn over haunches.  Izzy will be returning to arena and trail work now that she is back home.

*C-C Hattie....June 09 chestnut  curly coated filly. "Hattie" was abandoned by her Dam at birth, and we chose to raise her as an orphan, making sure that she would be able to live in the world of horses, as well as the world of humans. Hattie has turned out even better than we could have imagined. We kept her on Foal Lac liquid milk for over three months, then switched her to Foal Lac milk pellets, as well as grain. Hattie loves people, she has good manners, and is doing well in a herd situation now. Her early human contact has been replaced with good old fashioned horse sense and she is functioning completely as she should be at this age. Hattie is enjoyable to be around, she has a very strong trust in humans and we will find the perfect home for her that will not dishonor that trust. IF you want a superb temperament, stellar curly ABC lines, championship genetics, loads of curly and bold bright color, this is the filly for you. This filly is special and has loads of good traits to pass on into the curly world.

*C-C HB's Sweet Kyna

*C-C Sweet Kyna, (pronounced "Key-na) is curly coated buckskin "barely pinto" filly. "Sugar" is growing nicely. She should mature at around 15.2HH. Foals from this sire/dam combo are people lovers. I have retained one foal of this lineage for my own personal dressage horse. Sugar is nicely leggy, but with good bone and a lovely trot and good swinging walk. Sugar is quick to learn, and will be outstanding in any crowd. A beautiful choice for herd improvement and potential for a stellar riding horse. Update: Sugar appears to be roaning.
